PCV windows

Aluplast was established in 1995 in Poznań. At the beginning the company employed 8 people and in the first year of its activity it generated a turnover of PLN 4 million. Today, after 20 years in business, aluplast is the largest Polish supplier of PVC window and door systems. The company employs approx. 400 people, has a modern production plant with an area of over 60,000 sq. m and its annual turnover amounts to approx. PLN 400 million, which ensures its leading position in the segment of PVC window system suppliers. The foundations of aluplast philosophy are: innovation and development. The company takes utmost care to offer products synonymous with high quality, state-of-the-art technology, and excellent solutions. Technological leadership is closely related to a continuous focus on customers and their needs which often provide a stimulus for product improvements. Why the PCV windows? The advantages of PVC windows are undoubtedly: convenient use, no need for renovation, affordable price, no need to comply with strict humidity conditions to be met at the stage of a house or flat construction or renovation, easy cleaning, etc. However, PVC windows also have certain disadvantages which include: structural limitations, small glazing that must be applied, adequate ventilation of rooms that should be ensured – no natural “breathing” of the windows, no possibility of renovation, etc.

Wooden windows

For the manufacture of modern woodwork highly accurate and digitally controlled machines are used, which ensure accuracy to the tenth of a millimetre. Therefore, the profiles are made with the ideal shape and smoothness. Environmentally friendly, both solvent-free and diffusion paints are used. Our windows are equipped with German hardware by Siegenia –Aubi which works smoothly and lightly. They are micro-ventilated, sliding, and folding. In other words, modern woodwork includes extremely innovative, durable, and environmentally friendly products. Why the wooden windows? Wooden windows have the following advantages: low temperature susceptibility, which in the case of such precise products as windows ensures rare necessity of woodwork adjustment, convenient use, possibility of renovation, long-term use, excellent microclimate in rooms, since the windows “breathe” naturally and ensure adequate humidity, possibility of applying large-size glazing, the HS PORTAL sliding doors, the FS PORTAL folding door, and the PSK PORTORTORT lift and slide doors, as well as no structural limitations. However, the disadvantages of wooden windows are: the necessity to comply with strict humidity conditions to be met at the stage of a flat or house erection or renovation, required wood care and maintenance, as well as woodwork renovation. On the following pages you will find an offer for wooden windows made in three systems, depending on the frame thickness and applied glazing, decisive for the thermal transmittance of the whole window.

Wooden and aluminium windows

GEMINI CLASSIC The Gemini Classic is a system designed for those who value traditional solutions. This is the most popular wooden-aluminium system, fully uniform with the frame, which is highly appreciated by our customers and distinguished by the classic shape of the aluminium profiles. In terms of design, it is available in the widest range of variants out of all the Gemini systems in our offer. The system profiles can be ordered as frames with crimped or welded corners. Its features and functional parameters allow for versatile and universal application. Plus, it offers high functionality and aesthetic appeal.

GEMINI SOFT LINE The Gemini Soft Line is characterised by a meticulously developed and aesthetically pleasing design line. The system stands out in the Gemini product group due to the rounded aluminium profiles applied. It is a most stylish and functional solution. The system offers high performance parameters in terms of mechanical, insulation and acoustic properties. The system profiles can be ordered as frames with crimped or welded corners. Its features and parameters allow for a versatile and universal application wherever the rounded line of the profiles blends in with the architectural concept of the building.

Wooden and aluminium windows

GEMINI  LINEAR The Gemini Linear is a system in which the leaf surface is flush with the frame’s. Like the other systems of the GEMINI group, it is characterized by outstanding functionality and top functional parameters. It can be applied wherever its flush and modern visual form is to match the architectural idea and concept of the building. Application: windows, doors, façade elements and sun rooms (a.k.a. winter gardens). The system profiles can be ordered as frames with crimped or welded corners.

GEMINI QUADRAT FB The Gemini Quadrat FB is a system with clearly defined profile edges, identical with the Quadrat. The FB version is characterized by the fact that the leaf surface is flush with the frame’s, which visually creates a single plane. Whereas the special shape of the aluminium leaf, which makes the glass protrude by 15 mm to the front in comparison with standard solutions, enables the user to apply a wider glass unit with a smaller cross-section of the wood. The aluminium profiles of the Quadrat FB system do not have a marked scarf and form a right angle with the outer plane of the profile.

Aluminium exterior roller shutters

Adjustable roller shutters: the OPOTHERM (BECLEVER) system This system is highly universal and versatile, allowing for installation without or with a partial or complete covering. The carefully considered design of the system makes it possible to produce a single roller shutter, as well as a set of shutters in one box. A particular advantage of the system lies in the possibility to choose a method of inspection from below or from the front of the box even before the final assembly of the entire roller shutter. The offer to be applied in new buildings.

Flush-mounted roller shutters System SP (INTEGRO) The systems mainly intended for application in new buildings, but also in the existing ones (after the required modifications to the lintel area). The roller shutters in the SP system blend into the building’s façade as its integral part. The face of the roller shutter box also serves as a base for any finishing material (e. g. plaster or clinker), therefore the box becomes an unobtrusive element of the building’s façade. The SP system ensures perfect thermal and acoustic insulation, because while serving as an additional closing of the window opening, it does not interfere with the construction of the lintel, windows and doors, and thus does not impact the building’s energy balance.

Adaptation roller shutters: The SKO (oval) and SK45 system (multiple angles). The family of adaptive roller shutters, including the SKO and SK45 systems, is designed mainly for use in existing buildings. In both systems, the shutter is rolled up into the aluminium box mounted on the wall or in the frame. Therefore, the box becomes a decorative component to match the appearance of the building.
